Refund Policy

Due to the unique and custom nature of our personalised gifts, we are unable to offer refunds and exchange for items where the customisation error was made by the customer during the order process (for example, incorrect spelling, dates, or images provided). We kindly ask you to double check all personalisation details carefully before completing your purchase. However, if the there is a production error on our part or an item arrives damaged we'll happily offer a replacement or a full refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue so we can resolve it promptly. For any non personalised items you purchase from us, our standard 14 day return policy applies provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
